Our art prints are made to order and are final sales, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. However, In the event that the product you ordered has been delivered to you and upon opening it, you notice that it has been damaged, you must immediately lodge a complaint about this with the supplier and contact us with images of the defected area(s) without delay. Please note, refunds / returns are issued at our discretion, upon fully examining your claim, we may reject, grant a refund or replace the product(s) deemed damaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You have up to14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us if you notice any issue(s).
